1. Concept and consultation (1-2 hours)
1-2 Hour meeting at 2526 Studios going over the scope of your shoot. We will discuss the live render capabilities as well as the process you can expect. We will discuss your performance and how that will supplement your music and visualizer.
Please Bring: Reference videos and images so we can best prepare for your shoot and edit.
Deposit to proceed: 50%
2. Environment assembly (1day)
We will go over the environments we have on hand as well as get you familiar with the fab.com marketplace for additional virtual assets you can purchase and incorporate into your shoot.
3. 2526 Studios Shoot day (2-3 hours)
Shoot will be approximately 2 hours on our prelit 50’x50’ Blue cyc, in which time we will listen to your track on playback to guide your performance. Sound will rerecorded in camera to later match with your music to the live composited CGI environment. 1-Hour footage review to get notes for your edit.
No Blue, white or reflective wardrobe: It will become transparent with our live keying/render process.
Shoot Balance due: Remaining 50%
4. Single pass edit (1 Day)
Using your notes we will create a single pass edit, once the edit is assembled it will be sent to you. Additional edits will be at an additional cost.
